Whatever you do, work at it with your whole being, for the Lord and not for men, because you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as your reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Whoever does wrong will be repaid for his wrong, and there is no favoritism. (Colossians 3:23-25)

Most Christians when they are looking for a job they normally search in big companies, schools, government, etc. The result of this search sometimes causes job seekers some pain due to all level of competition and rejections. In addition to these inconveniences plus all the time it takes to seek for a job it becomes a frustrating experience, and leads Christians to pray, “Lord I need a job”, “Lord help me find a job”, or to implore “Please Lord help me find a job” and the worst is when he/she  demands “Lord find me a job”. The Lord knows exactly what his people need before anyone else does. God’s children are selected people and God blesses them all the time, at His own time, the perfect time. It is necessary to have patience and maturity when unemployment comes to your life, this is not the end of the world and surely not your last job. When you were a child God protected you through your parents and guardians, however you did not realize it, but he was already working on your life.

Now that you found this page, try to look for something in the house of the Lord. The Church is a good and wonderful place to work, all co-workers are Christians like you, and this is the moment for you to change your paradigm.
